The Broadband Club provides wireless secure broadband service to areas of the United States in which it is installed. The service is provided by Networx1 at an affordable price to everyone and works with current wired and wireless broadband carriers. Currently we are in the process of offering service in areas of South Carolina and Southern California.

What is the monthly cost for Broadband?
- Monthly Broadband Cost is $2.00 per Gigabit per month
- Monthly service is pre-paid to keep our cost low!
- Each Membership has different fees per month, so select the best plan for you!
What are the yearly fees for Membership?
- Membership Fee – Residential $29.95 Business: $79.95
- First Six (6) Months of Residential and Business Membership Fees – FREE
What are the types of memberships offered?
Residential Membership
- RP 10 –10 Gigabits (Gbps) per month
- RP 20 - 20 Gigabits (Gbps) per month
- RP 30–30 Gigabits (Gbps) per month
- BM 60 - 60 Gigabits (Gbps) per month
- BM 120 – 120 Gigabits (Gbps) per month
- BM 180 – 180 Gigabits (Gbps) per month
What happens if visitors come to see me?
- Visitors are signed up automatically and use your monthly pre-paid plan.
- Just tell us they are coming, and we will do the rest
Does each service offer unlimited service?
- Yes. If the monthly contract for data usage is reached data speeds on each device are reduced to 128 kbps until the end of the month.
What is the speed of Broadband?
- Up to 100 Mbps downstream and up to 50 Mbps upstream per device
How do you join The Broadband Club?
Becoming a member:
- Select type of membership
- Fill in all required information
- Your membership is automatically active without payment for six (6) months.
- After six (6) months, you are billed in advance for one (1) year by adding your preferred credit or debit card information for billing. The card can be retained by Networx1 for future purchases and saved as a default payment method by selecting the appropriate check boxes next to each option without paying.
- Click the save button and review all information before completing the purchase.
- Once payment has been received by Netwox1, your pre-paid membership is activated
How am I billed?
- Pay as you go for wireless service. No annual contract. No credit checks.
- Get Premium Wireless Data for $2.00 per Gigabit per month.
- The user is billed in advance by adding your preferred credit or debit card information for billing. The credit information card can be retained by Networx1 for future purchases and saved as a default payment method by selecting the appropriate check boxes next to each option without paying.
- Click the save button and review all information before completing the purchase.
- Once payment has been received by Netwox1, you can use the service selected.
How do you keep the Broadband cost so low?
- Monthly broadband costs are Pre-Paid – No Credit Checks – No Contracts – No Activation Fee
- Payment for services with your debit or credit cards through our website
- State and Federal Taxes are not included?
- We use the internet for all business questions which keeps our costs low

Activate hotspot or tethering by the following steps:
- iOS: Go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot or Settings > Personal Hotspot. Tap the slider next to Allow Others to Join.
- Android: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering > Mobile Hotspot. Follow the instructions prompted and toggle to turn on the hotspot feature.
How do I know when The Broadband Club service is active?
- The Broadband Club data plan is available wherever you see our logo in the device application bar. The system works 100% where your have a weak connection and broadband outages. Your devices private connections are secure when you are on the move and supplement your coverage at an affordable price for broadband.
When can I purchase a data plan be?
- You can purchase the plan anytime by contacting support@thebroadbandclub.com or online, using your debit or credit card.
Do I need to turn Roaming On when using The Broadband Club?
- No. With roaming on, you may incur roaming charges. By default, roaming is automatically disabled. You can enable/disable data roaming in Settings — Connections — Mobile networks — Data roaming.
How do I add to my Residential or Business Plan?
Residential Plan.
- To add more data, follow these steps. The Residence owner should log into www.thebroadbandclub.com app on their smartphone. The current Residential plan should come up and show you the current status of the plan. Select the plan from the menu that you want to purchase > Add Gbps > Buy Plan
Business Plan.
- To add more data, follow these steps. The Business owner should log into www.thebroadbandclub.com on their primary business smartphone. The current Business plan should come up and show you the status of the plan. Select the plan from the menu that you want to purchase > Add Gbps > Buy Plan
Can I transfer my plan to a different device?
- The Broadband Club activates to a single device per activation. Deleting the app will not remove that connection. If you want to open another account, you need to contact The Broadband Club Support at support@thebroadbandclub.com to request assistance for your purchased plan.
How do I use The Broadband Club effectively?

- Residential plans are best with a limited number of devices and the Internet of Things and where unlimited service is required.
- Business Plans are used by an unlimited number of devices anywhere the service is offered.

- Are you a heavy or light user? How long will you be needing your data plan? Are you planning to hotspot and share this data with others?
